Dr. Steven Tornik opened Tornik Family Medicine in his home town of Plain City in 2007.   Dr. Tornik has always desired to create a holistic minded osteopathic medical practice using the foundations instilled in him by his father, Sam G. Tornik, D.C.  Dr. Tornik strived to connect with patients on a personal level and enjoys being your partner in health.
