Steven J. Tornik, D.O.

Dr. Steven Tornik is a board certified Osteopathic Family Physician.   His medical interests include holistic family care. He has a passion for people, and has always enjoyed getting to know his patients personally and individually. For years, many patients have traveled long distances, including from different states and countries,  to obtain advice and direction from Dr. Tornik.  His goal is to provide old-school healthcare using modern knowledge, logic, and compassion.

Dr. Tornik is married and lives in the country with his wife and four daughters.  They have four dogs and three horses.  He enjoys working on cars, and working on home renovation projects.

Jessica Barthelmas, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner 

Jessica earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

​

As a holistic-minded practitioner, she is passionate about providing acute care, chronic disease management, and preventative wellness to patients of all ages. She believes in establishing a strong and effective patient-provider partnership where her goal is to guide patients in their health journey with personalized care.

​

Outside of medicine, Jessica loves spending time with her husband and their son. Most of their time is spent outdoors gardening, hiking, boating, or camping.

Madeline Graham, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner​

 

Madeline earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri State University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and brings six years of experience as a bedside nurse to her practice.

​

Currently pursuing her functional medicine certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine, Madeline believes in an integrative approach to healthcare that addresses the root causes of illness. She is also passionate about medical humanitarian work, having volunteered as a nurse in Kurdistan, Iraq, Syria, Ukraine, and Myanmar.

​

In her free time, Madeline enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their dog, diving into a good book, practicing yoga, and exploring new destinations. She is dedicated to helping patients at Tornik Family Medicine achieve optimal health and improve their overall well-being.
