Steven J. Tornik, D.O.
Dr. Tornik was born in Plain City, and graduated from Jonathan Alder High School. He attended Ohio Dominican College, followed by the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. Dr. Tornik completed his internship and residency at Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He is board certified by the ACOFP. His medical interests include holistic family care.
Dr. Tornik enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, 2 dogs, and 4 horses.
